I wonder if anyone out there has an entire collection of "leap year" ephemera. If so, I'd like to interview them on the ephemera blog. So glad you featured this item...it's something I haven't seen before in the world of collectible paper.
I just came across this site [link], which seems to have quite a lot of "leap year" ephemera...but unfortunately the links within the site seem to be down. And now they have 1460 days to get those fixed.
